Hey, check out the trailer for a DVD that I made!

On April 3rd 2001, when I was 19, I was half way through a gap year and went off to Thailand to learn Muay Thai boxing. I went to the Lanna Muay Thai boxing camp in Chiang Mai and had 14 of the best weeks of my young life!

In the Summer of 2003 I went back. And then again in 2005. On each of these trips I took my video camera and filmed bits and pieces. In fact my 2005 trip was to sepcifically film footage for a DVD that I had in mind. I spent about 3 months (on and off) editing the DVD together and released it in late 2005.

I sold 100s of copies all over the world and it still sells years later. People tell me that they find it very useful and entertaining so that's good.

I also have a rather kickass community website all about the different boxing camps out there in Thailand. I started it after my first trip in 2001 and I've developed it over the years as my web coding skills got better and better. It started off as a static site about my time in Lanna and has evolved into an 1800+ member community with over 60 camps in the database to date (November 2009). I suggest you go check it out!
